    ABOUT OUR PRINTS

    We offer our prints in the following sizes: In inches: 12 x 18" (small) / 18 x 24" (large) / 24 x 36" (x-large)

    In cm: 30.48 x 20.32 cm (small) / 20.32 x 60.96 cm (large) / 60.96 x 91.44 cm (x-large)

    Please know that each print is hand produced and there may be up to a 1/8" tolerance in the size of the prints you receive.

    The size of the print listed is the size of the paper and the artwork is inset to accomodate a thin white border. The width of the white borders are as follows: small: 0.35" or 0.89 cm / large: 0.35" or 0.89 cm / x-large: 0.42" or 1.07 cm.

    If you purchased one of our City Map Prints in a brick and mortar store, this print is our legacy size of 13x19". This size is not available online. If you would like to add some 13x19" prints to complete your set, please email us at support@pointtwodesign.com and we will happily arrange for a special order of prints in this size for you at the same price as our 12x18" size.

    Each of our maps are made in-house by our talented mapping team of graphic designers. We’re all architecturally trained and work hard to make each map a work of art. Our system allows us to make a map of nearly any city in the world, big or small.

    Please allow a few extra business days for processing if your order contains a custom map or a custom color.

    Eyeing up one of our map prints, but want it in your unique colors? No problem. We can make any of our maps in any color combination. Our Custom Color page has more info on placing a custom color order.

    Currently, we don't offer frames on our website, but we can create a custom order for you if you wish to have your prints framed by us. 

    Our high quality frames are solid wood and offered in either a black or white semi-gloss finish. The width of the frame itself is 1.25” with a 1” white border around the print. The window opening is the size of the print listed. Ex. our 12x18” framed print has a window opening of the same size.

    Our framed prints feature thick, high-density, scratch resistant acrylic.

    If you would like to inquire about framing, please email us with the following information and we will send you a custom quote that includes shipping:
    > What prints you would like framed, how many, and in what size?
    > Would you like black or white frames?
    > What is the delivery address?

    For orders of art prints shipping to the U.S., the U.K., Canada or Australia, we ship from within your respective country.

    All other orders ship from the U.S. 

    Each product page will explain in more detail where they'll be produced based on which country it is shipping to.

    In order to minimize damage in transport, we ship all of our prints rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes.

    However, if you order does arrive damaged, please reach out to us here with photos of the damage and your order number and we'll get a replacement order into production straight away. 

    GENERAL INQUIRIES

    Christmas: If you are looking for order a map for Christmas, we always recommend upgrading your shipping to Priority/Express (when available) starting December 1. Standard posted shipping estimates cannot be counted on starting Dec 1 as the postal system worldwide gets flooded with holiday orders.

    Special Event: please note that our processing time is up to 4 business days to print your order and it ships after that. If you are ordering a map for a specific date, please account for this processing time.

    Wholesale: we are always thrilled to add a new stockist to the mapping team. If you own a brick and mortar or web-based shop and are interested in placing a bulk order, please complete our wholesale application and we will be in touch shortly.

    Did you know that we make custom wall murals using our signature mapping style? 

    All of our murals are designed by making your city map from scratch, by hand an in vector format. This means that we can scale our maps to any (no really, any!) wall size without loosing any print quality. The largest map we've created to date was 47 feet long.

    SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

    FREE!

    If you are shipping to the U.S., Canada, the UK and Australia shipping is free for all art prints. 

    There is a flat $15 shipping charge for addresses not included in the list of countries above.

    *Shipping on wallpaper is free in North America on a minimum order of 30 square feet. Orders less than the minimum and/or shipping outside of North America will be quoted shipping in your invoice. 

    Shipping insurance is $0.98 for orders under $100 USD and $2.00 for orders over $100 USD.

    Shipping insurance covers the following:

    Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

    Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

    Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

    Stuck in Transit (Lost)

    For US: Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update, and no later than 60 days from order date.

    For International: Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update, and no later than 60 days from order date.

    If shipping insurance is not purchased on an order, we are happy to replace items lost in transit after 14 days (60 days for non-US addresses) of no movement since the last update. Orders that are marked as "delivered" but were stolen (ie. recipient did not receive order) will qualify for a complimentary replacement order, but will be charged a shipping fee and only once we've received a copy of a filed police report claiming the package was stolen.

    Whether you chose to purchase shipping insurance or not, we are always happy to replace any order that arrives damaged or is the incorrect item. Please send us photos of the items within 72 hours of delivery and we'll send out a replacement order right away.

    If your order is lost or stuck in transit and has not shown a tracking update in 14 days (60 days for non-US addresses), please let us know no later than 30 days after the last tracking udpate and we'll issue a replacement order right away.

    Each map is printed custom for you! We generally aim to process orders within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Please allow up to an extra 2 days when placing an order within 2 days of a holiday. Please allow a few extra business days for processing if your order contains a custom map or a custom color.

    Specific transit times are listed on each product page.

    One of the unique aspects of our product line is that we don’t hold any stock. We operate this way to be both kind to the environment (no waste) and this ensures that we can always ship our customers brand new, custom-printed orders. We want to ship your order as quickly as we can and we begin printing orders almost immediately once we receive them.

    If your shipping address was entered incomplete or incorrect, we are unfortunately not able to change if before it ships out. Once you receive your tracking number, you, as the receiver, can contact the shipping carrier and complete or correct the address. 

    If you are having trouble with this process, please contact us at hello@pointtwodesign.com once you've received a response from the shipping provider. 

    Once in a while, packages that get dropped off by the carrier for shipment don't get scanned. We aim to have every package scanned by the carrier when they are picked up so that you receive the most accurate tracking information online, however, sometimes this step gets skipped. If your tracking number shows "Pre-Shipment Information has been submitted by the shipper" for a few days, please wait until 1 weekend passes as it is usually over the weekend that USPS 'catches' up with their missed scans. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    If your package hasn't shown any tracking update in 7 days (or 20 days for non-US addresses), and you purchased shipping insurance for your order, please let us know no later than 30 days from the last update and we will issue a replacement order.

    If you did not purchase shipping insruance and your package hasn't shown any tracking update in 14 days (or 60 days for non-US addresses), and you purchased shipping insurance for your order, please let us know no later than 30 days from the last update and we will issue a replacement order. 

    If you received a damaged item, please notify us at hello@pointtwodesign.com within 72 hours of delivery and we will happily replace the damaged items with the same shipping as per the original order. Please include well-lit images detailing the damage to qualify for replacements. For the quickest assistance, please also include your order number. 

    If your tracking link shows that the carrier has marked your order as "Delivered" but you don't have your package, we kindly ask that you wait 72 hours to see if your package arrives. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered and then the carrier takes an extra day or two to actually complete the delivery.

    If after the 72 hour window has passed and you still don't have your package:

    If you purchased shipping insurance on your order: Orders less than $100 USD automatically qualify for an order replacement. Orders over $100 USD require that a police report be filed by the recipient, claiming that the package was stolen. Once we've received the police report at hello@pointtwodesign.com we will immediately issue a replacement order.

    If you did not purchase shipping insurance for your order, items that are marked as "delivered" but were stolen (ie. recipient did not receive order) will qualify for a complimentary replacement order, but will be charged a shipping fee and only once we've received a copy of a filed police report claiming the package was stolen. 

    In order to be kind to the environment as well as ensure you get crisp, bright and fresh prints, each and every order is printed with love, just for you. Due to the nature of our custom fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We do guarantee shipment of your order and so if there is any damage to your order, please email us with photos of the damage and we will replace your order right away. 

    If you are ordering art prints to a U.S., U.K. or Canadian address, you will not be charged duty. 

    For all other orders, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any duties charged by the import country. As each country has their own import rules and regulations, you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes charged to import your order. For our  European customers (excluding the UK) standard VAT applies.

    We typically ship with UPS for the majority of our orders. 

    Please note that for U.S. orders, UPS has partnered with USPS who covers the local leg of the trip. If you see a tracking update titled "Package departed UPS Mail Innovations facility enroute to USPS for induction" please enter your tracking number with USPS here for the most up-to-date information.
